- Lock and unlock doors / set alarms.
- Move / organize / build spaces - storage and other.
- Maintain water features - Interior and exterior.

- Maintain coffee and espresso machines / call for maintenance as needed.
- Limited elevator maintenance.

- Organize, receive, distribute mail and packages.
- Set up chairs and tables.
- Safety walk before close - interior and exterior.
- Manage larger construction projects on a case-by-case basis.
- Office furniture assembly.
- Electronics recycling.
- Answer text messages, phone calls and e-mail on a daily basis.
- Mechanical repairs to some office furniture and building hardware.
- Work with city on infrastructure repairs such as road construction and potholes.
- Develop daily checklist for facility to keep everything running properly.
